17th Annual Mimbres Harvest Festival,  OCTOBER 12, 2024

Since 2006, the Harvest Festival has been the fall gathering of growers, artists, and businesses in the Mimbres Valley.

Annual Gathering

In pursuit of our mission, we annually celebrate the Mimbres Valley Harvest Festival to bring our community together, encourage local agriculture through education and development of markets, showcase locally grown food and handmade products, and promote tourism to the Mimbres Valley, located in the southwest corner of New Mexico on the south/western edge of the Gila National Forest.

The 1st annual Mimbres Valley Harvest Festival took place on October 14, 2006, at the San Lorenzo Elementary School. This event will continue to bring the Mimbres Valley community together with community-enriching activities that offer education and resources that are available in our local environment. Economic development is demonstrated through the selling of local products grown within Grant County. Children’s activities focus on fitness. Local musicians provide music along with local storytellers telling of the Valley’s heritage past and present.
